Welcome to ChooseHER™, LLC (“ChooseHER™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with transparency and care. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, enroll in the ChooseHER™ Collective or any of our coaching programs, access our Kajabi-hosted platform, or otherwise interact with us.

This Policy applies to all services we provide, including the ChooseHER™ Collective (our twelve-month cohort-based coaching experience), weekly live workshops, the recorded session library, downloadable handouts and worksheets, the ChooseHER™ private community platform, the Manifesting Monday Insights private podcast feed, one-on-one coaching add-ons, related digital content and communications and additional services we may provide in the future (collectively, “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

Create an account or enroll in the ChooseHER™ Collective or any other ChooseHer™ program or Service
Purchase a coaching package, membership, or one-on-one coaching add-on
Complete an enrollment form, program application, or intake questionnaire
Sign up for our email list, newsletter, or waitlist
Participate in live workshops, group coaching calls, or community discussions
Access or engage with the Manifesting Monday Insights private podcast feed
Download handouts, worksheets, or curriculum materials
Contact us with questions, support requests, or feedback

This information may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, billing and payment information, cohort start date, and, where you choose to provide it, additional optional information such as your birthday (month and day only), age range, occupation, and the name of anyone who referred you to our program. This Policy also covers any personal or professional information you choose to share in coaching or community contexts.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website or access our Kajabi-hosted platform, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

IP address and general location data
Browser type, device type, and operating system
Pages visited, content accessed, and time spent on our platform
Referring URLs and navigation behavior
Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2.3 Information Collected Through Program Participation

As part of delivering the ChooseHER™ Collective, we may collect and retain:

Content you share in the private community platform during your subscription period
Questions and responses submitted during live workshops
Your image, voice, or likeness captured during recorded live workshop sessions
Communications sent through the community platform or designated email support channel
Payment records and subscription status maintained through our payment processor
Notes from one-on-one coaching calls, which may include information about your goals, values, family, finances, career, or other personal matters you share during those sessions
Audio and video recordings of group coaching sessions, live workshops, and masterclasses, which may capture your name (as displayed in your video conferencing account), image, voice, and participation

2.4 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party platforms and tools we use to operate our Services, including Kajabi (our platform host and course delivery system), Stripe or other payment processors, and email marketing tools. We do not purchase personal data from data brokers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Deliver, manage, and improve the ChooseHER™ Collective and all related Services
Confirm enrollment, assign cohort placement, and provide platform access
Process payments, manage subscription billing, and follow up on failed payments
Send program content, workshop recordings, cohort updates, and session reminders
Provide email and community-based support related to your participation
Administer access to the recorded session library, handouts, and Manifesting Monday Insights podcast feed
Communicate with you about your account, enrollment status, and program changes
Send marketing and promotional emails where you have opted in
Enforce our Program Terms, Base Terms, and Community Guidelines
Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of other participants

We will not use your personal information for purposes materially different from those described in this Policy without providing you notice and, where required, obtaining your consent. Certain coaching content may constitute sensitive information and that it is processed only as necessary to deliver the Services.

4. Session Recordings and Media Use

4.1 Program Recordings

Live workshops are recorded and made available to active cohort members through the Kajabi platform. By enrolling in the ChooseHER™ Collective, you acknowledge that live sessions may capture your image, voice, and participation. These recordings are hosted on the Kajabi platform and are accessible to active cohort members during their subscription period.

4.2 Client Recordings Prohibited

Participants may not independently record live sessions, workshops, or community calls without ChooseHER™’s express written permission, as described in the Program Terms and Community Guidelines.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers.
We share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our Services, including Kajabi (platform hosting, course delivery, and community features), payment processors such as Stripe, email service providers, and video conferencing platforms. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Cohort Community.
By enrolling in the ChooseHER™ Collective, you understand that your participation in the private community platform is visible to other active cohort members. Information you choose to share within the community is subject to the confidentiality expectations set forth in our Community Guidelines. Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of what other cohort members share in community and live sessions.

Legal Requirements.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ChooseHER™, our clients, or others.

Business Transfers.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

With Your Consent.
We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent, such as featuring your story or testimonial in our marketing materials.

6. Kajabi Platform and Third-Party Tools

Our programs are delivered through Kajabi, a third-party software-as-a-service platform. Kajabi hosts our course content, recorded session library, private community, Manifesting Monday Insights podcast feed, and member accounts. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Kajabi may collect and process certain data about your activity on our platform in accordance with their own privacy policy, available at kajabi.com/privacy.

We may also use third-party tools including video conferencing platforms for live workshops, email marketing services, and analytics platforms. Each third-party tool operates under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review those policies. Our website and materials may contain links to external sites; this Policy does not apply to those third-party platforms.

7. Program Content and Intellectual Property

All program content, curriculum, handouts, worksheets, coaching frameworks, recorded sessions, and Manifesting Monday Insights podcast episodes are, as between you and us, the sole property of ChooseHER™, LLC. Your access is granted under a limited, revocable, personal, non-transferable license for the duration of the active subscription period.

Your enrollment data, payment records, and account information are retained by ChooseHER™ and its service providers in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. Personal information shared in coaching or community contexts is treated with confidentiality and is not used or shared except as described in this Privacy Policy.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our platform uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser, remember preferences, analyze site traffic, and support marketing efforts. You may adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though some features of our platform may not function properly if you do so.

We may use third-party analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site and platform. These tools may collect information about your activity in accordance with their own privacy policies. Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting that sends a signal to websites requesting that your browsing activity not be tracked. ChooseHER™, LLC does not currently respond to DNT signals. We do not alter our data collection or use practices when we receive a DNT signal from your browser. If a standard for DNT compliance is adopted that we are required to follow, we will update this Policy accordingly. No third-party targeted advertising is conducted.

9. Email Communications

By providing your email address and enrolling in our programs, you agree to receive program-related communications, including cohort updates, session reminders, access instructions, and support responses. These transactional communications are necessary for program delivery and are not subject to opt-out while your subscription is active.

Where you have opted in to marketing communications, you may receive newsletters, promotional offers, and program announcements. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email.

10. Payment Information

Payment processing for ChooseHER™ program enrollments is handled by our payment processor (such as Stripe or Kajabi Payments). We do not store your full credit card number or banking information on our servers. By enrolling, you authorize ChooseHER™ to charge the payment method on file according to the schedule set forth in your enrollment confirmation.

Payment records, including subscription status and transaction history, are retained by ChooseHER™ and its payment processor as required for business operations, tax compliance, and dispute resolution. We are not required to delete payment information held by our processor even upon a request for data deletion.

11. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, deliver our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon expiration or cancellation of your subscription, your access to the Kajabi platform, community, podcast feed, and session library will be deactivated in accordance with the Program Terms. Downloaded handouts previously accessed may be retained by you for personal use only, subject to the intellectual property restrictions in your Program Terms. The following specific retention periods apply to the principal categories of data we hold:

Coaching notes from one-on-one sessions: retained for 2 years from the end of your program, after which they will be deleted. Given the sensitive and personal nature of these records, we apply a shorter retention period to limit unnecessary exposure.
Group session recordings (workshops, masterclasses, group coaching): retained for the duration of the business for program delivery and marketing purposes, consistent with the media release in the Base Terms and the consent described in Section 4 of this Policy.
Financial and transaction records: retained for 7 years, consistent with IRS recordkeeping requirements and applicable tax law.
Marketing contact information: retained until you unsubscribe, consistent with CAN-SPAM and our email communications practices described in Section 9.

12. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to protect your account credentials and not share your login information with any third party, as required under your Program Terms.

13. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (including data retained for legal and financial compliance)
Opt out of marketing communications at any time
Request information about how your data is used and shared

Note for Ohio Residents.
ChooseHER™, LLC operates under Ohio law. Clients enrolled in the ChooseHER™ Collective retain rights under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (O.R.C. § 1345.01 et seq.) and other applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under Ohio law.

Note for California Residents (CCPA).
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.

14. Children’s Privacy

The ChooseHER™ Collective and all related Services are designed for adults, specifically mid-career women aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. 15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, program offerings, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy and notify active participants by email or through a notice on the Kajabi platform.

Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
